Position: Senior Business Analyst with CRM and Banking

Senior Business Analyst with CRM and Banking

  • Contract

Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience. Financial services / banking industry preferred. Retail banking experience is a plus.

Multi-channel Customer Relationship Management Life cycle Experience would be a plus.

Experienced in driving requirements management life cycle including conducting business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, reviews, approvals, traceability, and maintainability /re use and change management etc.

Demonstrated ability to lead, drive and engage key stakeholders to analyze and understand the business vision and strategy, business problems/opportunities in defining implementable business requirements including functional, usability, data and business rules.

Experienced in quality requirements gathering using various techniques including interviews, use case analysis, questionnaires, brain storming sessions, workshops, reengineering, reverse engineering techniques etc.

Experience in conducting and documenting cross functional product, process, people, customer and parallel initiative impact assessment while engaging and collaborating with multiple impacted stakeholders.

Experience in creating wire frames, screen mock ups, prototypes in defining user interface requirements for enhanced user experience.

Background and experience in business architecture, process modeling, business process reengineering /optimization and automation.

Through understanding of SDLC. Experience in partnering and collaborating with technology, software testing and vendor teams in implementing In-house and or external solutions using waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience in leading and conducting business user acceptance testing to ensure the solution conforms to the business requirements and it is fit for use.

Serves a key SME across the product / project life cycle implementation and ongoing maintenance. Participates in production implementation verification and validations.

Strong collaboration, partnering and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience in using MS word, excel, power point, Visio, SharePoint, MS Project etc.

Bachelor's degree in computer science /engineering / finance/other is required.
