Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) is a leader in providing quality materials testing and construction inspection services. CEL is a union firm with its corporate headquarters located in San Ramon, CA and full‑serviceadu facilities in Northern California, Hawaii, and Utah.

Cel San Ramon has an immediate opening for an Operations Administrative Support person to support the San Ramon Operations team. This position إش، provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Operations team and will primarily focus on data management, communications, training coordination and administrative tasks. Part În the role can be performed part‑time. The successful candidate will work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain inspector certification database by reviewing websites weekly for certification renewals. Report on upcoming expiring certifications.
  • Track and report weekly on union employee QA audit progress, safety training completion, harassment prevention completion, and other items required by leadership.
  • Report weekly progress on Frontline training initiatives.
  • Email inspectors regarding certification renewals.
  • Work with Field Supervisor to prepare safety training PowerPoint slide decks.
  • Record and publish minutes from monthly Safety Meetings.
  • Create, update and maintain inspector safety and .
  • Update and maintain monthly inspector apprentice hours reports.
  • Assign training to those that did not attend required safety meetings.
  • Create and maintain “Wednesday Metrics” report weekly for San Ramon Ops Team.
  • Send Frontline, Core Health, Mineral reports, QA/Harness audits, Feedback comments, and expiring certs reports to managers of each division.
  • Prepare personnel forms relating to hiring and termination of union employees.
  • Coordinate orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is complete on their first day including union forms and appropriate handbooks.
  • Create training accounts and provide login instructions to employees.
  • Assist with Dispatch when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Other Qualities
  • Coordinate issuing birthday and anniversary cards.
  • Assist in planning and execution of social events including “All‑Hands” Meetings.
Compensation

$25.00 – $28.00 hourly. The expected salary range is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
