Location - San Ramon (hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite)
Responsibilities -
- Primary responsibility for calendar and contacts management for EVP.
- Facilitate workflow and assist members, industry affiliates and staff on a routine basis, and in EVP's absence.
- Update Department Strategic Plan & Goals Tracking, as needed.
- Coordinate EVP's travel
- Provide event coordination, including flyers, invitations, agendas, site visits, budget, and audio visual for off-site meetings, as needed.
- 5+ years experience assisting Executive level
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
