Expected starting base salary $35 to $45 per year.
Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings and events.
- Screen and handle incoming phone calls for the CEO.
- Process and organize a high volume of emails daily.
- Generate internal and external correspondence and other written materials.
- Act as a gatekeeper for all communications, ensuring professional and timely dissemination of information.
- Maintain and organize executive files, including corporate, legal, and financial records.
- Coordinate board meetings and retreats, including preparing minutes and following up on assigned projects.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience assisting a C-level executive.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Impeccable people skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and able to anticipate needs.
- Excellent grammar and business writing skills.
- Flexibility to assist the CEO after hours and on weekends if needed.
