We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated accountant to join our dynamic non‑profit organization. • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee fund accounting and ensure compliance with non‑profit financial standards.
• Handle grant accounting, including tracking, reporting, and ensuring proper allocation of funds.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with program managers to provide financial insights and maintain budget integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a non‑profit organization.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting and grant accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage Intacct, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desire and ability to grow into a leadership role.

• Salary (upon hire): $85,000 - $100,000 annually
• Temp‑to‑Hire Hourly Rate: $40 - $48/hour
