What We’re Looking For
- Service Titan Knowledge - Familiarity with
Service Titan software
is strongly preferred. From creating estimates and presenting options to processing invoices and capturing customer notes, efficiency and accuracy in Service Titan is a critical part of this role. - High-Level Electrical Technical Skills - This role requires a proven ability to perform
quality electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. The right candidate can confidently take on complex projects, ensure code compliance, and complete work to the highest professional standard. - Customer-Focused Mindset - Our Service Technicians are the
face of the company

Perform high-quality repairs and installations with minimal call-backs.
Present options and recommendations that provide the
best solutions for the customer.Maintain strong communication with the office, team members, and clients.
Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and pride.
Support the growth of the department through both technical expertise and add-on sales.
Paperwork & Engineering Accuracy:Complete all project documentation, material lists, and system designs with precision to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
Turnover Excellence: Deliver thorough and accurate turnovers for installation crews, ensuring all project details are clearly communicated and customers feel confident about next steps
