What We’re Looking For

• Service Titan Knowledge - Familiarity with
  Service Titan software
  is strongly preferred. From creating estimates and presenting options to processing invoices and capturing customer notes, efficiency and accuracy in Service Titan is a critical part of this role.
• High-Level Electrical Technical Skills - This role requires a proven ability to perform
  quality electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. The right candidate can confidently take on complex projects, ensure code compliance, and complete work to the highest professional standard.
• Customer-Focused Mindset - Our Service Technicians are the
  face of the company

• Perform high-quality repairs and installations with minimal call-backs.

• Present options and recommendations that provide the

• Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and pride.

• Support the growth of the department through both technical expertise and add-on sales.

• Paperwork & Engineering Accuracy:Complete all project documentation, material lists, and system designs with precision to ensure seamless execution and compliance.

• Turnover Excellence: Deliver thorough and accurate turnovers for installation crews, ensuring all project details are clearly communicated and customers feel confident about next steps
