GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage ) (T2772) role at Target.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $20.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when they seek assistance.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed by leadership.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Change prices, set up and maintain merchandise, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed.
• Understand how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store-wide resources, products, and services to solve issues for guests and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws (e.g., alcohol).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance (with safety considerations).
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions for roles including drive-up or pickup.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
