Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 84 months of Operating Room experience.
- Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).
- Local & travel allowed.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
- No current placement allowed at Program:
Medefis Program - Marin Health Medical Center.

Must be independent in the following service lines:
Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Pain mgnt, Spine, Eyes and Plastics - Required Credentials: Must possess Peri-Op 101 certification.
- Shift & Scheduling: Variable start/stop times; weekdays only
- 7 days maximum time off
- 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
- Driver’s license required
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
