• Competitive compensation – targeted first‑year annual compensation of $64,319.00 with an average 45‑hour work week.

• As a Management Training (MT) participant, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and will build relationships essential to building your own business.
• We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first.
• You will participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

• Minimum of one year experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
