Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our boutique litigation firm in San Rafael, CA. This position involves handling complex civil disputes in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, excellent legal skills, and a commitment to continuous growth while maintaining a balanced workload.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of complex civil litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.

Requirements

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active membership and good standing with the California Bar.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
