• Lead multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
• Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that align with business objectives and customer expectations
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive readiness activities and processes
• Create and deliver presentations with recommendations to management, articulating the project's impact
• Mentor colleagues on best practices for project management and process design

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing and leading product strategy
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Previous readiness experience highly desired
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with SaaS/IaaS product releases and/or Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
• Strong leadership and group facilitation skills
