Job DescriptionAs an HR Generalist, you’ll be a key member of a people-first organization dedicated to fostering an engaging, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. You’ll partner closely with leaders and team members across multiple business units to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, worker’s compensation, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding.

Education and Experience Requirements- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Experience managing and administering Worker’s Compensation programs and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, helping to cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with business partners.
- Bi-lingual preferred, not required.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
