. Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide care in a supportive and collaborative rehab setting in San Rafael, California. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, productivity, and patient-centered care.

• Provide occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing / Rehab Facility setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain a productivity requirement of 85%.
• Document clinically and clearly; adapt to using Rehab Optima (EMR) as preferred.
• Start date:
  
  ASAP; duration: 13-week assignment with potential extension.

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
