What you’ll actually be doing:
- Reviewing and supervising federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and other entities
- Supporting and mentoring staff and seniors, acting as a technical and professional resource
- Handling complex tax questions with confidence
- Collaborating with managers and partners on planning and workflow
- Helping maintain high standards while keeping the process efficient
Why this role stands out:
- Salary range: $140K–$170K depending on experience
- A firm culture that values professionalism, trust, and respect for your expertise
- Exposure to sophisticated, interesting clients without unnecessary stress
- Leadership that listens and empowers rather than dictates
What they’re looking for:
- CPA license is required
- Several years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong review experience and comfort supervising others
- Experience with individual and entity returns, including trusts and partnerships
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and helping others do the same
This isn’t a role for someone chasing a flashy title. It’s for someone who wants to be trusted, empowered, and given room to do their best work.
