About the RoleWe’re supporting a leading biopharmaceutical organization focused on developing innovative therapies for patients with serious and life‑threatening rare genetic diseases. Their work delivers meaningful impact to patients and families around the world.
We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, building strong models, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive informed decision‑making.
What You’ll Do- Support annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning for Op Ex
- Consolidate business inputs and perform detailed financial analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
- Drive process improvements and reporting automation (Excel & Power BI)
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support leadership decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (required)
- Power BI experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting techniques
- Clear communicator with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Experience with systems like SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Oracle, or Essbase is a plus
