We are hiring multiple people for the following areas:

• Elementary and Middle School Math
• Elementary and Middle School Language Arts
• Early Literacy

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction to students in various subjects, focusing on their specific needs and learning goals
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards
• Assess students  progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure understanding and mastery of concepts
• Utilize learning technology and resources to enhance instruction and engage students in the learning process
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to address students  academic and social-emotional needs
• Stay updated on current educational practices, research, and trends in order to continuously improve teaching strategies

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in the subject(s) you wish to teach
• Passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students, parents, and colleagues
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with diverse students
• Knowledge of educational technology tools and resources to enhance instruction
• Conveniently located to serve students in your local area

• At least one year of tutoring experience
