Family Practice Physician ($100k-$120k signing bonus for select applicants)

Salary Range: $220,000 - $235,000

• Valid and unrestricted license issued by the Medical Board of California to practice medicine.
• Board certified or Board eligible in specified area of medical specialty.
• Medical Doctor with 3-5 years of directly related experience, which may include residency in a related medical field.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Current DEA registration allowing the prescription of drugs.
• Prior experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center/community health environment (FQHC) is desired.
• Experience in primary care with a patient panel.
• Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience highly desired.
