Automotive Line Technician

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Subaru standards and guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify needed repairs or maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain Subaru factory training and certifications.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Other duties given by supervisor, as needed

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus).
• Current Subaru or ASE certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Must have your own tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Great communication skills

The Service Line Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 and $45.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

• Hourly and Flat Rate compensation based on experience and certifications.
