THE JOB:As a Shift Supervisor in Surveillance, you will lead the daily operations of the Surveillance Department, ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of the property at all times. This role plays a critical part in protecting our guests, team members, and assets while supporting fair gaming and regulatory compliance. Through vigilance, leadership, and discretion, you will help create a secure environment that allows unforgettable guest experiences to thrive.
THEDAY-TO-DAY:
- Monitor casino operations and remain alert to suspicious activity, promptly reporting findings through proper channels.
- Identify procedural violations, potential cheating, or irregular activity that could impact company operations.
- Operate and oversee CCTV and digital surveillance systems, ensuring accurate video capture and evidence retention.
- Maintain video files and document incidents in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate shift schedules and oversee daily workflow to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
- Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs to maintain full surveillance functionality.
- Supervise Surveillance Operators and Lead Operators, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent interpretation of incidents.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on table games and slot operations, as directed by department leadership.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive property, guest, and operational matters.
- Partner with regulatory agencies and participate in required training and development programs.
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Leads with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
- Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant experience in surveillance or table games within a casino/hotel environment
- Exhibits prior supervisory experience in a surveillance capacity
