THE JOBAs a seasonal Cook at the Pool Bar & Café, you will bring fresh flavor, smooth service, and summer energy to every dish you create. Using your culinary skills and attention to detail, you will help deliver elevated poolside dining that enhances each guest’s experience and creates those signature WOW moments Beau Rivage is known for.
THE STARTING RATE
: $16.16 an hour
- Day Shift | Full Time
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays based on the business needs
- Prepare and execute menu items with precision, following established recipes and culinary standards.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout all back-of-house area.
- Ensure guest safety by following all food handling procedures and health department regulations.
- Demonstrate strong foundational culinary skills, including preparation of base sauces, stocks, and soups.
- Plate dishes with care, consistency, and an eye for detail to ensure every order meets presentation standards.
- Meets the minimum age requirement of 18 years of age or older
