Rehabilitation / Skilled Nursing Facility - Productivity Requirement: 90%
- Active California PT license
- Previous experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to maintain a 90% productivity standard
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with rehab documentation systems is a plus
