Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy

Locations: Richmond

Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Join our team and help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities for professional growth.

• Pay incentives starting now: $21/hour during training; $25–$28/hour with no experience needed
• Bonus:
  Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday) +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate (effective November 16)
• Bonus:
  Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate (effective December
  1)
