We are building a high-performance, real-time music platform that must feel fluid, expressive, and polished at a console-grade level.

This is a native C++ Qt role focused on interactive experience

We care deeply about:

If you’ve shipped polished games and know what “console-grade smooth” means, but prefer working close to the metal in C++, welcome.

What You’ll Own
  • The overall Qt application architecture (Qt Widgets and/or Qt Quick)
  • High-performance 2D user interfaces with core 3D runtime architecture (Linux)
  • Render loop coordination, frame pacing, and smooth animation systems
  • Hardware aware performance optimization to ensure responsive, low-latency interaction
  • Core UI infrastructure used by designers and product teams
  • You will play a key role in defining how the product looks, feels, and performs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Expert-level modern C++ experience, including clean architecture, multithreading, performance profiling, and strong debugging skills
  • Deep, production-level experience with Qt, including custom components, UI systems and animations
  • Experience integrating OpenGL or 3D rendering into Qt applications
  • Strong understanding of animation systems, transitions, and performance tuning
  • We are not seeking enterprise dashboard or kiosk-style UI experience.
  • Experience with real-time 2D/3D rendering, scene graph or ECS architectures, and shader-based OpenGL rendering.
  • Strong grasp of animation systems, linear algebra, and GPU-aware performance optimization.
Game-Level Polish

You have shipped interactive software where frame pacing, input latency, animation timing, and visual feedback were critical to the user experience.

Game development experience is strongly preferred. While we are not building a game, we expect that same level of polish and care.
