Product Engineer

Role: Product Engineer (Frontend / Fullstack)
Location: On-site, San Mateo, CA
Compensation: $150k–$300k + 0.05–0.25% equity
Work Policy: Full-time, 5 days/week in office (visa sponsorship available)

• Build product-focused frontend and fullstack features in collaboration with customers and founders.
• Define and develop UI/UX for analytical and agentic workflows

• Implement LLM-powered features for conversational chat and interaction.
• Help shape the engineering culture, product roadmap, and tech stack
  .
• Collaborate closely with a high-caliber team of engineers and product leaders.

• Strong experience in React, Type Script, Node.js, and/or Python
  .
• Product‑focused mindset with a passion for building intuitive user experiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and directly with customers.
• Nice to have: experience with LLM integration and data‑driven products
