Non-Exempt/Hourly, Full-time/Permanent

Training Wage: $18.60 – $22 per hour for first three months, paid bi‑weekly. Post‑training wage: continuous base pay of $18.60 per hour PLUS uncapped commission!

• Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
• Maximize sales growth in a commission‑based environment
• Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after‑sale service
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom
• Become an expert in our products and services through training
• Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams

• 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged
• Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills
• Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus
