Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and ensuring the store looks appealing—all focused on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, using your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover assigned zones.
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store assets.
• Support stockroom organization and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially if you're passionate about music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $17.95 - $18.45 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
