** JOB DUTIES
*** Greet guests who approach all bar areas immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying Nice and Amazing Service.
* Demonstrate Passion and Commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest.
* Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations.
* Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, 21 or order, for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
* Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders, and patrons of the bar, lobby, and lounge following standard recipes.
* Clean as you go including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.
* Implement alcohol service and safety training, including but not limited to the following: ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over-serving an intoxicated guest, and do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary.
* Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar.
* Keep Bar Supervisor up to date on inventory levels.
* Wash and sanitize all stemware.
* Process all payments correctly and promptly to ensure they have a smooth transition into the theater.
* Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resources if unable to assist.
* Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures- including but not limited to side work.
* Other duties as assigned.
** EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
*** Must be 21 years or older.
* 1+ years of bartending experience with a full bar.
* Serv Safe and Alcohol training certifications are required.
* Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
* Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
* Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
* Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues positively.
* Flexible working hours including nights, holidays, and weekends.
