Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate our store's core values of leadership, integrity, grit, humility, and teamwork

* Providing genuine hospitality while quickly and accurately serving great food in a clean and safe environment

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

* Prioritize people and find opportunities to provide care

* Be a good steward of all that is entrusted to you and genuinely serve others

* Stock inventory and maintain cleanliness

* Stay updated on new products/procedures, complete training and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Love serving and helping others

* Reliable and have positive attitude

* Able to lift and carry 10-30 lbs on a regular basis

* Able to stand for long periods of time

* Driven to excel
