We are actively hiring Commercial Real Estate Agents for our San Mateo office. This is an on-site, full-time, commission-based role designed for licensed, highly motivated individuals who are ready to begin immediately and build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage.

This role offers the opportunity to work with and become a part of Catalyst Commercial Partners, the largest and highest producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Team at Corcoran Icon Properties. They specialize in the sale of commercial properties with a target deal size between $2 million to $20 million, primarily focusing on the asset types of retail and multifamily.

This position provides hands‑on deal exposure, direct mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a full-time commercial broker.

Interns work closely with commercial brokers and gain real-world experience in:

• Prospecting through cold-calling and client development
• Market research and financial analysis
• Deal underwriting and transaction support
• Sales, marketing, and negotiation strategies

• Active California real estate license, or in the process of obtaining one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
