Responsibilities

• Coach employees and act as their consultant regarding learning and development activities
• Onboard new hires
• Craft policies that support internal promotions
• Conduct skills gap analyses
• Organize and oversee individual and team training programs (both outsourced and in-house)

Qualifications

• Experience delivering employee training programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Highlights

• 5+ years of experience in L&D and HR
• 4x per week onsite in San Mateo and 1x per week remote
• Someone with strong judgement and wisdom, curiosity, grounded, and the ability to listen to multiple perspectives
• Experience working in small to mid-sized companies (50-200 employees)
• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• No task too small or too large
• Past roles deomonstate direct role ownership of people systems and working at a high standard

Compensation

• $165,000 - $175,000 / year
