Maintenance Technician

Overview

Maintenance Technician role  Maintenance Technician is the go-to person regarding daily maintenance issues and upkeep for the location. Reports directly to the Front of House Managers and Facility Maintenance Manager. Shifts are scheduled during the week to follow all programs and ensure the venue is in good running condition for the day.

• Perform daily maintenance projects and manage the upkeep of the venue.
• Supervise and coordinate with Pinchaser(s) at the location; ensure correct steps for bowling issues are followed.
• Maintain Bowling Upkeep and Repair processes; ensure Pinchaser is trained and performing the correct steps for any bowling issues.
• Oversee Building Maintenance tasks: light bulbs, drywall/painting/staining/grout, table levelers, chair glides.
• Address Kitchen Maintenance Issues by coordinating with the Facility Manager and ensuring proper steps are followed; escalate HVAC or Electrical issues as required.
• Communicate effectively with Exec Chefs, GMs, and Director of Sales about issues that may affect service or events; enforce use of spec spreadsheets and logs; keep a clean and organized workplace.
• Manage monthly inventory for light bulbs and bowling parts; communicate needed parts to the General Manager and Facility Manager; ensure all checklists and audits are completed.
• Shovel snow, salt, and maintain cleanliness of the walkway/entrance as part of site upkeep.

• Knowledge in Bowling, Kitchen Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical; basic use of electrical tools.
• Clear communication of issues, concerns, and progress to appropriate personnel; ability to liaison between departments.
• Organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks in a timely, orderly manner; maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
