Job Description

• Provide legal counsel on a variety of employment law matters, including compliance, litigation, and policy development.
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including arbitration and litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on workplace policies, employee relations, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative legal solutions.
• Review and negotiate employment contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and provide guidance on regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and related regulations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• A client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

• Competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $365,000 USD. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography.
