Family Law Associate Attorney

We specialize in complex family law matters, including dissolutions, custody, support, parentage, and domestic violence litigation—as well as collaborative divorce, mediation, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of family law experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on challenging cases, collaborate with seasoned attorneys, and develop your litigation and negotiation skills in a supportive environment.

• Handle a variety of family law matters in all phases of case work and preparation
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research
• Represent clients in hearings and negotiations, including appearances in San Mateo, Santa Clara, and San Francisco County courts

• JD from an accredited law school; CA Bar admission in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of family law experience (more experience welcome)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience drafting discovery, motions, and pleadings
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Collaborative mindset with a sense of humor and eagerness to learn
