• Define and drive the end-to-end UX and research strategy for the platform
• Lead and scale a world-class team across UX, content, systems, and research
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and solve key user problems
• Create cohesive design systems and experience patterns across multiple platforms
• Advocate for customer insights and experience quality at the executive level

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in product design and/or research, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in product-led growth (PLG) or self-service environments
• Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary UX and research teams within complex SaaS platforms
• Strong foundation in interaction design, UX strategy, and research methodologies
• Ability to unify disconnected product surfaces into a scalable user experience

• Experience with modern design, research, and AI tools
• Confident communicator with an executive presence, comfortable influencing stakeholders
• Track record of leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy
