The Decision Science team within the Data Science, Analytics, & Enablement organization leads in designing and interpreting experiments. They evaluate impacts of PS4 to PS5 user migration initiatives, growth marketing strategies, and campaign performance across Play Station.

What Will You Do?
As a Senior Data Scientist – Experimentation & Measurement at Play Station, you will lead the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and quasi-experiments. You will evaluate user migration from PS4 to PS5, growth marketing, and campaign performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to embed experimentation practices. Additionally, you will apply causal inference methods and build centralized frameworks using SQL and Python.
