- Serve as the internal lead for Zuora implementation, collaborating with system integrators to ensure best practices and business alignment
- Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate data flow between Salesforce, Zuora, and Net Suite
- Act as the primary administrator for Zuora Billing and Revenue, overseeing configuration and user access
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales Ops to gather requirements and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes
- 5+ years of hands‑on administration and support experience with Zuora Billing
- 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Zuora Revenue (Rev Pro)
- Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash process involving Salesforce and Zuora
- Proven ability to configure complex subscription and pricing models
- Solid foundation in accounting principles and knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
- Experience with Zuora APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms (e.g., Zuora Connect, Salesforce, Net Suite)
- Zuora Certified Administrator (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience supporting Salesforce and Net Suite connectors
- Highly analytical and detail‑oriented problem solver
- Strong communication skills and ownership‑driven approach to stakeholder support
