The role of a Digital Grid Manager will be to provide consulting services to Power & Utilities clients implementing Digital Grid Programs, capabilities and systems (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS) resulting in increased value and efficiency. As a Manager in Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will lead and manage cutting‑edge technology transformation projects and programs, aligning initiatives with organizational strategy to achieve desired outcomes.

You will manage timelines, costs, and quality, lead technical and non‑technical project teams, coach on delivery methods, and propose solutions to technical constraints.

• Effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions, or projects with focus on quality and risk management.

• Continuous process improvement and innovative solutions through research and analysis.

• Management of professional employees or supervision of others on complex technical initiatives, accountable for performance and results.

• Meet performance objectives and metrics: client service, quality, risk management, sales and business growth, solution development, teaming. Travel may be required regularly.

• Functional and/or technical experience and insights.
• Strategic and tactical insights, connectedness, and responsiveness to clients.
• Quality assurance leadership for team’s work products and service delivery.
• Workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Issue and risk resolution and escalation affecting scope, quality, schedule, resources.
• Business opportunity participation: developing ideas and solutions.
• Engagement economics and resource planning & budgeting.
• Active client session participation, lead work streams in planning, execution, closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and lead RFP responses.

• Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel.

• Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4‑6 years relevant experience.
• Proven business or technical work experience in digital grid focus areas: AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, Network Modeling.
