Engagement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics to lead a strategic consulting engagement for a global biopharmaceutical client. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will design, execute, and implement cutting‑edge analytical solutions for clients.
Responsibilities- Institutionalize data‑driven insights and recommendations, translating analytics into actionable strategies.
- Lead the understanding of client businesses, generate insights, develop recommendations, and present these to clients and their management.
- Communicate strategy, delivery plans, and ensure alignment across teams while mitigating potential risks and escalations.
- Exercise deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, Promotional Analytics, and Business Product Management, responsible for end‑to‑end client delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
- Experience with large datasets and building relationships with stakeholders.
- A passion for solving complex business problems through data and analytics, and ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
