The OpportunityWe are hiring three experienced Recruiters to support critical growth across Sales and Technical functions. These recruiters will own full-life-cycle recruiting and partner closely with senior stakeholders in a high-urgency, high-bar startup environment. This role is ideal for recruiters who are comfortable operating autonomously, managing senior-level searches, and delivering results in competitive talent markets.
Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring needs and success profiles
- Proactively source, engage, and close high-caliber candidates in competitive markets
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
- Provide market insight, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high quality bar
- Two recruiter openings, contract / contract to hire [open to remote in the US]
- Hire enterprise-level strategic sales talent, including Director-level sales leaders and senior individual contributors
- Partner with sales leadership on GTM hiring strategy
- One recruiter opening, contract / contract to hire [hybrid, must be in San Francisco Bay area, ideally south bay]
- Hire across AI/ML and software engineering roles
- Assess technical depth and partner closely with engineering and AI leadership
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven full-life-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success in either:
- Experience working with high-growth, venture-backed, or startup environments
- Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and closing skills
- High standards for talent and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
