We’re looking for a passionate and organized College Recruiter to lead our campus outreach efforts. You’ll be the face of our company at universities, connect with students, coordinate events, and help launch meaningful careers in construction.
Responsibilities- Campus Engagement & Event Strategy
- Develop and manage a strategic calendar of college recruiting events, including career fairs, info sessions, and on‑campus interviews.
- Coordinate all event logistics—travel, booth setup, branded materials, and staffing.
- Build strong relationships with career services, faculty and student organizations to promote our brand and opportunities.
- Take an active role in the creation of presentation material.
- Candidate Experience & Interview Facilitation
- Represent Truebeck Construction at campus events with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and facilitate on‑campus interviews.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from first contact through follow‑up.
- Team Support & Administration
- Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and event outcomes.
- Identify and track top‑tier students to build ongoing relationships.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting, calendar coordination, and communication tracking.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to campus or early‑career hiring.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently during recruiting seasons.
- Understanding of the construction industry is a major plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.

Range of base pay is $80,000 – $95,000 per year.
