Business Office Manager
Job Duties:The Business Office Manager is responsible for coordinating overall office management and business operations at the facility. This position oversees accounts payable and receivable, resident monies (including trust accounts), petty cash, payroll, and supervises the receptionist/office assistant. The Manager serves as executive secretary to the administrator, liaises with other departments, and assists in implementing all business operations according to policies and procedures while maintaining required hospital standards.
Qualifications:- Proficiency is acquired through completion of A.A. or B.A. degree in Business, or equivalent education; experience is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in hospital or health-related clinic as secretary or manager is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in mental health is desirable.
