Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Flexible Schedule

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) play a crucial role in balancing flexibility and efficiency while providing care.

Position Type

Part‑time or full‑time opportunities available for licensed clinical social workers. W‑2 employed positions with customizable financial packages, including medical, dental, vision (full‑time), 401(k) with 25% match to the first 6% of deferrals, paid time off and holidays (full‑time), training & supervision, free CEU’s, EMR documentation, work‑life balance, flexible work schedule, no on‑call, nights or weekends.

Schedule & Flexibility

Social workers set their own schedule. Typical workdays are Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, allowing for a perfect work/life balance.

  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development workshops.
Requirements
  • Completed Master’s in Social Work.
  • Active LCSW license.
