  • Collaborate closely with Product Design, Engineering, Reliability, Product Managers, Field Services, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Operations, and industry‑based subject matter experts (SMEs) to design educational and practical curricula that prepare field‑based teams for safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate closely with Training Operations and Technical Instructors to align curricula with business requirements.
  • Design and author skill evaluation rubrics & knowledge assessment.
What makes you a good fit
  • 3–6 years of experience (5+ preferred) in technical writing, particularly in safety‑critical, industrial, or defense‑focused environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with technical teams to convert PRDs, user stories, and technical specs into end‑user documentation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in industrial or OEM settings with complex systems.
  • Ability to author across multiple content types, including manuals, reference guides, white papers, 2D/3D visual content, and interactive training assets.
  • Deep understanding of documentation control processes and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience applying industrial regulations and standards including FAA, OSHA, NFPA, IEEE, ASCE, NIST, CJIS, and others to the design, development, and evaluation of technical curricula.
  • Professional conduct and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders, including executives.
  • Comfortable operating independently and owning end‑to‑end curriculum development projects.
  • Bonus:
