About the RoleSenior Design Program Manager, UX Design — Our UX Design Program Management team is seeking a Sr. Design Program Manager to work with designers, engineers, product management, and other program managers leading Design initiatives and projects throughout the planning, design, and development lifecycle. As a Design Program Manager, your emphasis will be on planning and prioritization of design outputs, resource management, schedule tracking, mitigating project risks, and collaborating with leads to deliver innovative solutions across work streams.

A Subject Matter Expertise in Design: You will strategically drive the process while collaborating with designers, writers, and researchers. You will integrate multiple work streams - championing accessibility, integrating deeply with design systems, and ensuring design excellence through engineering handoffs and QA.
A Trusted Partner: Teams you work with will see you as their reliable and trusted partner, acting as an advisor and as their design operations point of contact. You will partner with design leadership and cross-functional teams to establish roadmaps and maintain them through understanding business priorities and cultivating strong relationships across the organization.
Be a Collaboration Motivator: You will successfully collaborate with design leaders, designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and other design program managers. You will be a multiplier who inspires and motivates others to do their best work.
Champion Design Excellence: You will cultivate design thinking, plan & lead workshops and advocate for user-centered design. You will continuously refine operational processes, strengthen feedback and learning loops, and drive consistency across the design teams in your domain.
Driver of Delivery: You will balance problem-solving with operational execution to strengthen the team and end product. You will own strategic artifacts and drive initiatives/programs to ensure the team is deeply connected to the broader business context. Within your domain, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide issue management, drive prioritization and planning, support resource management, and program tracking to support cross-discipline teams in delivering design excellence.

Qualifications- 6+ years of design program management experience in technology and creative environments
- Strong communication, with the ability to articulate design and technical requirements clearly, and develop strategic comms to various partner groups
- Track record of delivering large-scale design programs and projects, preferably working in partnership with product, engineering, and technical program managers
- Experience working in continuous delivery environments where the pace is fast and priorities can shift quickly
- Passion for user experience and design with an understanding of the product development process
