We’re an advertising company that performs outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions on behalf of our clients. Our clients span a wide range of industries, from consumer electronics to satellite television services. We believe we can complement their niche with a superior marketing and sales team, keeping them busy doing what they do best.

Victory Solutions Enterprises is hiring full‑time entry‑level Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service representatives. Our Customer Service positions are face‑to‑face with clients (we are not a call center, nor do we do door‑to‑door or B2B sales). In‑person customer service is far more effective, and the clients love it!

Management and growth are our main focus; customer service is a tool for growth.

Tasks and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
  • Interact with customers daily to inform them of client products and services.
  • Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department, depending on level of expertise.
  • Ensure and provide quality service to external customers.
  • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and perform data entry with high level accuracy.
  • Take initiative to resolve escalations or complaints.
  • Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times.
  • Utilize training materials in a meaningful way that ensures class graduates transition smoothly into successful, professional Customer Service and Customer Retention positions.
  • Create a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and understand employee developmental needs.
  • Participate in morning meetings, including role‑play scenarios, product knowledge, and psychology of customer service behavior training.
We Are Looking for Several Qualified Entry‑Level Individuals to Train
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with company standards of marketing productivity.
  • Learn to overcome objections, ask for the sale, and explain the promotion, expected outcome, and services.
  • Follow all company safety policies and compliance procedures.
