Be a strategic content architect
- You don’t just write, but you tell cohesive stories across channels and build systems that make great content possible.
- You don’t like bland or boring. You’re a writer, designer and video editor who creates multi-modal and vibrant content to bring stories to life with your channel-first mindset.
- You under and create trends to create content that inspires, delights and sticks.
- You help plan, manage and optimize our editorial and experience calendars that bring our EVP to life.
- You design and implement AI and automation workflows that create content companions and enable a culture of communicators.
- Leverage generative AI tools to assist content contributors in drafting, summarizing, and optimizing content, while enforcing strict quality and tone-of-voice guardrails.
- Establish and track quantitative and qualitative metrics demonstrating the value of our work on the company strategy, and build reports and dashboards to highlight the impact.
- Conceptualize, build and maintain a unique internal visual brand and voice across all internal channels.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Design teams to ensure internal storytelling, look and feel all align with our global brand and topics.
- 8+ years in content management, internal communications, employee experience, social media, corporate communications, or related fields such as marketing, program management, or community management
- Proven experience using intranets and employee engagement platforms (Staffbase or similar), including basic configuration, governance, and analytics
- Experience and excitement about social media and content creator culture
- Expertise in design and using design and editing software like Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience building and managing workflows and content using AI
Please note:
This is a hybrid role that will be based in San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA and requires an in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
The annual base salary range for this position is $159,120 — $196,560 USD.
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
