Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for accomplishing project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. The role involves leading complex construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and completion within budget and schedule.
Salary Range$150,000 - $225,000 annually (company wide)

- Create and execute project work plans and adjust them as needed
- Identify resources and assign responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and scope of projects
- Estimate and price projects, including change orders
- Review team deliverables before client hand‑off
- Enforce methodology and project standards
- Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Maintain complete, current project documentation
- Develop cost‑effective schedules and resource plans
- Coordinate subcontractor work across project phases
- Oversee trade contractors and review drawings for compliance
- Administer construction contracts and obtain permits
- Supervise Project Managers and Engineers, addressing safety and quality issues
- Identify design and construction elements that may cause disputes
- Track construction progress and hold regular status meetings
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and mitigate risk
- Maintain adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards
- Report to owners and architects on progress and modifications
- Graduate of a four‑year degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Science
- Minimum 10 years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams
- Experience developing accurate project estimates and pricing reports
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Travels over construction terrain, climbs ladders and temporary stairs, conducts visual inspections, performs jobsite walks and safety hazard identification.
Work EnvironmentWork is performed on site in an office/field setting; frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and extreme conditions. Noise levels can be loud; weather may be outside. Remote work is not allowed.
