Position: Experienced FT Nanny for 6-month-old in San Mateo
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9/10 a.m. to 5/6 p.m. with flexibility to start a little earlier on Tuesdays (8:30/8:45a)
Salary Amount or Range: $38-$43/hour D.O.E. + standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)

A family in San Mateo is seeking an experienced, engaging nanny to care for their 6-month-old boy. Daily responsibilities include engaging with baby and working on developmental milestones, child laundry, preparing bottles and child-friendly meals, as well as light tidying. The best person for them is a great communicator, proactive and educational, with a warm and easygoing disposition.

• 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references

• Fluency in English

• TB and Tdap vaccine
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record
• Warm, kind
• Engaging
• Excellent communication skills
• ECE background and/or very knowledgeable in developmental milestones
• Experienced with infants
• Proactive
• Can make at least a year commitment

• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Planning daily outings to local park, library, story time, etc.
• Keep child on schedule
• All child-related tasks (feeding, changing, etc.)
• Preparing, washing, sanitizing bottles
• Helping with developmental transitions (sleep schedule, solids, potty training, etc.)
• Prepare baby's solids and meals
• Light tidying (nursery, common and play areas, kitchen, loading/unloading the dishwasher, etc.)
• Child laundry
• Light meal prep (nice to have)
