Facilities Procurement Manager – San Mateo, CA

This role is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing initiatives across Facilities. It involves conducting spend analysis, analyzing markets, identifying sourcing value levers, executing competitive RFIs/RFPs, and leading supplier negotiations. Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and vendor management
• Lead multiple simultaneous strategic sourcing initiatives following standard methodologies
• Identify key business partners and lead cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies
• Analyze spend data and industry dynamics to prioritize sourcing initiatives
• Gather stakeholder and subject-matter insights to ensure sourcing solutions meet business needs
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies
• Manage planning and launch of RFIs and RFPs
• Lead supplier negotiations
• Manage supplier selection and develop data analysis requirements for informed decisions
• Contribute to implementation planning and change management initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
• At least 6 years of sourcing experience
• Facilities management knowledge
• Experience leading renewal and contract negotiations
