Responsibilities
- Strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Identify and engage key business partners; gather industry and business requirements to ensure sourcing solutions meet needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop category strategies for top Commercial spend areas
- Prioritize initiatives based on opportunity and engagement criteria
- Manage multiple strategic sourcing initiatives, utilizing established guidelines and change management expertise
- Plan and execute RFIs and RFPs; lead supplier price and contract negotiations
- Manage supplier selection and develop data analysis requirements for informed decisions
- Contribute as a thought leader within the Sourcing organization
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing sourcing, especially in advertising, creative, and media
- Experience leading renewal and contract negotiations
- Strong project management skills
- Deep understanding of external marketing agency practices
